To conduct a home insurance
search effectively, you need to start by considering which of these
apply to you:
- My only concern is cost. The cheaper the better.
- I want to go as cheap as possible, but not at the cost of
getting a lousy home insurance policy.
- Quality is my main concern. I want a good policy at a fair
price.
- I want to select from specific brand(s).
When 1 or 2 match most closely with you, you will probably wish to use
a price comparison system to save time and money. If 4 describes you,
then the opportunity to check out at least one or two insurance
companies direct will be important. If 3 is your closest fit, then you
are propably more inclined towards direct to insurance company quotes
but would consider using a price comparison site along with scrutiny of
polices that may involve leaving the price comparison site to look at
